At Runway ML, I led the design and discovery team for the company’s first desktop image and video generation application. I partnered closely with researchers, engineers, and leadership to identify high-impact user needs and translate emerging AI capabilities into clear, usable product features. I established the desktop design system from the ground up, creating shared patterns, components, and workflows that streamlined design execution and enabled the team to scale rapidly without sacrificing quality. Through continuous discovery, prototyping, and stakeholder collaboration, I delivered a fully realized V1 desktop application and defined a forward-looking product roadmap, outlining feature expansions and refinements for V2 and V3.
