Founding Product Designer, Hotel Trader NYC

As the Founding Product Designer at Hotel Trader NYC, I led the end-to-end design of the company’s core B2B2C product suite, including both the supplier and client portals that powered the marketplace. I also redesigned and refactored the internal admin platform, significantly improving operational efficiency and internal workflows.

Beyond product design, I built the company’s first product organization from the ground up—hiring product managers, designers, Power BI specialists, and domain experts, and later establishing the Head of Product role. I led a cross-functional team of 14 product professionals and partnered closely with leadership to deliver the complete Hotel Trader product ecosystem, alongside a future-focused roadmap covering feature expansion, business model improvements, and long-term growth opportunities.
